摘要: 
近年來,委外儼然己成為企業經營的重要趨勢,企業委外的內容也由資訊系統,延伸至市場行銷、維護保養、生產製造、後勤支援、人力資源管理等領域。本研究係以台灣地區國際暨一般觀光旅館為實證研究對象,透過實證研究以探討企業的委外程度與組織績效兩者之關聯性,並加入「企業競爭策略」、「作業活動之策略價值」二項權變因素,深究其對於「委外程度」與「組織績效」之間關係的調節作用。
本研究採用郵寄問卷、面談及電話訪問等多重來源方法針對88家觀光旅館進行資料蒐集,共回收42份問卷,其中有效問卷34份,有效回收率為38.63%。所蒐集的資料採用複迴歸分析對各研究假說加以驗證,結果發現:(1) 作業活動的策略價值高低對委外程度與旅館組織績效之關係並無顯著的影響,即委外程度對旅館績效的影響,並未受到所委外作業活動之策略價值此權變因素所影響。(2) 低策略價值作業活動委外程度搭配不同競爭策略會影響績效。對於「非追求差異化策略」者,低策略價值作業活動委外程度愈高,則績效表現會愈好。
