摘要
工具機在加工過程中,有許多影響產品加工品質的因素,而軸承的損壞直接影響產品的品質,因此,監測軸承在運轉時產生的振動狀態變化,重要的課題。本文主要研究軸承損壞的振動信號診斷方式,預製不同損壞點的軸承,利用該軸承在運轉時所發出的振動訊號,藉由訊號量測及處理技術,分析及判別滾珠軸承的運轉狀況。
由本研究可以得知,當軸承損壞產生時,若軸承損壞的磨耗量太小不能準確的辨識特徵頻率的損壞,但每個頻率的振幅值都有上升的趨勢,且不同等級軸承其運轉頻率趨勢相似,最後由實際軸承診斷出軸承並非損壞,而是潤滑不足所引起的。

Abstract
When machine tool working, there are many factors of quality products, and the most important factor is the bearing, the damage of bearing will impact the product quality, therefore, to monitor the bearing damage in the running state when the vibration changes. This research studies the vibration signal of bearing damage diagnosis methods, prefabricated different points of damage of bearings, to monitor the vibration signal when it is working, to analysis it is working correctly by analysis the signal measurement and techniques.
This studied aimed at the establishment of machine tool spindle drive system of the bearing damage diagnosis methods, to provide a bearing to determine whether the damage to the method, to extend the machine tool life of rotating machinery and equipment to enhance operational reliability
