摘要: 
「車輛安全」是汽車工業設計新車型的須發展的重點,其包含有主動式安全及被動式安全兩大類別,本研究主要重點為被動安全系統之空氣囊系統。以往在發展空氣囊系統之過程必需以大量的試驗進行開發,隨著電腦科技的進步,導入CAE之工具以減少試驗的花費已成為各廠商研發之主流。本文主要為運用MADYMO軟體進行空氣囊研發,包含了對應的模型建立及與導入國外專用研發設備之試驗結果的比對,發展一套可作為未來研發空氣囊系統的工具。

“Vehicle Safety” is a development key point of vehicle industry when design new vehicle in future including active safety and passive safety. The research focuses on airbag system including passive safety. In the past people develop airbag system by a lot of testes. Following the advancement of computer technique people used CAE to cost down the test wastage will become master stream. The thesis use MADYMO for airbag development and including model building and correlation with test result. The procedure will be useful tool for airbag development.
