Because of the World Trade Organization regulation, Taiwan must be reduce much trade barriers. But it makes the foreign capacitors entry Taiwan easier. Then the capacitors price range from high-end to low-end, it makes competes intensely in domestic market. The research discuss corporate 甲 of market follower how to operate and entry in the power capacitors successfully when it deficient in resource.
Then the research discuss corporate甲 how to use niche strategy successfully、avoid competitor、entry several niche markets and change the role position in the industry for long-term growth when it faces the industry leader threat. Finally, as follows shows the research three main topics respectively.

1.What is the main motivation of influence corporate resource? (The Business how to use self resource and capability for growth.)
2.The business how to construct and extend core competence.
3.The transformation of business strategy position how to influence competence development.
