摘要: 
壹、中文摘要本研究之目的在建構乳牛場記錄與管理系統,針對乳牛場
之主要管理項目(繁殖、產乳量、日記帳)進行探討,設計一套簡便適用之
軟體,以協助台灣中小規模之乳牛場利用電腦化的記錄與管理作業,簡化
繁瑣之記錄程序,保存正確的牛群歷史資料,以作為日常飼養管理工作之
依據,提高牧場經營效益。本系統由繁殖管理、產乳量記錄、日記帳等三
個系統所建構而成。利用dBASE IV 電腦程式語言,整合配種、分娩、乾
乳、健康記錄、產乳量、日記帳等資料,串連個別牛隻、產乳量、日記帳
等三個資料庫,經整合後子系統間的資料可以相互傳遞,再藉由資料彙整
輸出不同報表。於繁殖管理系統中可輸入牛隻基本資料與乳牛發情、乾乳
、配種、分娩、淘汰、防疫等資料,經電腦運算產生各類報表,提供現場
正確迅速工作通報,並可統計牛群之生產成績與繁殖狀態以評估場內經營
成績,並與適當值加以比對,作為改善管理之依據。產乳量記錄系統之特
點為依據台灣酪農特性而提供彈性化乳量資料輸入方式,並產生各式報表
以協助酪農牛群每日之飼養與管理工作,並作為估算泌乳能力、泌乳曲線
、健康狀況等性能監測之依據。日記帳系統乃考量各牧場之記帳結構不盡
相同而設計,為了符合酪農需求,各收支帳目可彈性輸入,以提高酪農記
帳之興趣。經由日報表、期間報表、與不同帳戶報表之統計,酪農可明確
瞭解其財務狀況,以便調整其經營策略。關鍵字:乳牛、繁殖、管理、記

A Computerized Recording and Management Systemfor Dairy
FarmsABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to establish a
computerized recording and management system. The study was
focused upon main management items (reproduction, milk yield,
and daily receipts and expenses)of the dairy farms. This
system was designed to be an available software and to help
those dairy farms with medium-small scale in Taiwan to simplify
their complicated records, and to keep correct data of herds.
The farmers can therefore increase their incomes according to
regular feeding and management.This system was divided into
three parts concerning reproduction management, milking records,
and daily accounting and was written in dBase IV programming
language. The system integrated with the records of conception,
calving, drying, health, milk production, and daily receipts and
expenses into three databases regarding individual cattle, milk
production, and daily accounting. Those data in each subsystem
can transfer each other and produce some different kinds of
reports.The basic information of dairy herds including estrus,
conception, drying, calving, culling, vaccination can be input
into the reproduction management system to produce some useful
information about immediate works, condition status,
reproductive performance, and statistic analysis. According to
these information, the farmers can thus to evaluate and to
compare their operation performance with other farmers, and to
