摘要: 
商品是女鞋行業的核心競爭力,如何實現卓越的商品是所有女鞋企業都在追求的共同目標。本文首先從行業競爭、企業發展、消費者需求三方面提出了對於實現商品卓越的需求,明確了本文的研究問題和研究目的,並以“達芙妮”為研究物件。
針對現有女鞋企業在實現商品卓越過程中的不足之處,本文提出了在實現商品卓越方法的三個關鍵研究點:
1. 品牌價值鏈模型研究
2. 基於PDCA的商品卓越實施方法研究
3. 商品卓越的量化KPI體系研究
運用以上模型及方法,並挑選關鍵KPI,本文進一步研究了如何在“達芙妮”價值鏈中的商品設計、樣品研發及生產製造環節實現商品卓越的具體過程。
在商品設計環節,首先定義基於價值鏈的商品卓越專案模型,其次定義專案的組織架構,選取合適的專案成員及下單命中率為關鍵KPI指標,分步進行基於“P、D、C、A”的商品卓越實施方法,最終實現KPI的預期目標。
對於樣品研發及生產製造環節,同樣實施以上的商品卓越方法,並進行實例驗證。

Product excellence is the core value for woman’s shoe manufacturing industry, and how to realize excellent product development is the common goal for all the woman’s shoe manufacturing enterprises. This study firstly discusses the requirements of implementation for product excellence from three perspectives, namely industry competition, enterprise development, and consumer requirement. Then, I apply the methods discussed in the research to implement on the case company “Daphne Group”.
The paper proposes three key research points and methods for product excellence realization which are based on the analysis of the weak points of the way to implement product excellence for current woman shoe manufacturing enterprises:
1. Research of brand value chain model.
2. Research of the product excellence execution methods based on the PDCA process.
3. Research of the KPI system for product excellence.
By applying the above-mentioned methods and models, and selecting key KPIs, the paper enhances a further research on how to realize the product excellence during the tache of product design, product development, and product manufacturing in Daphne value chain.
In the tache of product design, I firstly define the product excellence project model based on the Daphne value chain, and then define the project organization and select project members and order hit ratio as the key KPIs. Then I discuss the product excellence execution methods step by step based on the “P、D、C、A” procedure, and finally reach the expectation target of the order hit ratio KPIs.
For the tache of product development and product manufacturing, I use the same models and methods to realize the product excellence.
