本論文針對雙饋式感應發電機,先推導兩相 模型,以兩相模型取代三相模型,接著改良成較精簡的數學模式,並配合渦輪機轉軸轉動方程式,得到雙饋式感應發電機系統之動態模式。風力發電系統各子系統之控制器設計,則使用定子磁通導向座標,以內模式控制(internal model control)原理設計控制器,引入主動式阻尼(active damping)消彌干擾的影響。原先五階之完整系統,為了簡化分析,若以定子磁通導向座標表示,且忽略定子磁通的微小變化,則系統可降為三階。最後根據渦輪機的功率係數與尖速比關係,可找出最佳尖速比,配合當時風速,再得到轉子最佳電轉速命令。為了瞭解系統性能,本論文以電腦模擬驗證控制策略之有效性。
