本研究之目的在建立一套具有儲存、查詢、統計分析和管理功能之鹿場線上記錄與管理系統,以提供鹿農進行鹿場相關記錄,並做為評估鹿場經營效率之依據。本系統採用Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2作業系統,運用VB.NET (Visual Basic.NET)、ASP.NET (Active Server Pages.NET)程式語言與Microsoft Access 2007資料庫撰寫而成。本系統主要架構為鹿隻基本記錄、牧場工作通報、資料統計分析、牧場財務記錄、牧場防疫記錄、鹿隻系譜追查等六項。使用者藉由網際網路進入系統(網址:http://www.as2.nchu.edu.tw/deer/index.aspx),經註冊成功後即可登入系統,隨後使用者可將牧場中鹿隻相關資料及牧場各項財務支出或收入資料輸入並儲存於資料庫中,並對於輸入之各項數據進行統計分析,利用分析之結果報表協助使用者了解牧場經營與財務狀況,即時掌握各鹿隻之生產狀況及繁殖成績,以利評估鹿場經營效率。

The purpose of this study was to establish an online recording and management system for deer farm, which has store, search, statistical analysis and management capabilities, to provide deer farmers to record related data of deer farm, and to use it as a reference to evaluate the operation efficiency of deer farm. The system adopted the Windows 2003 R2 Server operation system, and was developed by VB.NET (Visual Basic.NET) and ASP.NET (Active Server Pages.NET) programming language connected with the Microsoft Access 2007 Database. This system includes six sections in terms of deer basic records, management reports, statistical analysis, financial records, epidemic prevention records and tracking deer pedigree. Firstly, user must register online before login system. Then user can input all kinds of deer-related information and financial data including receipts and expenses into the database, and be used for statistical analysis. The reports of results from statistical analysis could be used to assist user understand the financial situation, immediately grasp the deer production condition and reproductive performance to facilitate assess deer farm operation efficiency.
