dc.description.abstract土壤中微生物經氯仿薰蒸後,礦化產生二氧化碳的多少可換算成土壤微生 物生質量.台灣地區計算土壤微生物生質量所用之Kc值以57.6%較合適.台 灣地區一般之土壤呼吸量及微生物生質量較其它國家低.田間土壤呼吸量 以白天校高.恆溫下一克土約等於田間2.64克土所放出之二氧化碳;約等於 田間0.44平方公分所放出的二氧化碳量.zh_TW
