摘要: 
電腦與電子通訊設備的結合,可提供有用的資訊給決策者,並提高組織與個人處理資訊之能力。資訊化促使科技進步,提升產業競爭力,使生產與研發都邁入新紀元。資通訊科技(information communication technology; ICT)導入各產業可分為服務性導入與硬體性導入兩類。不同型態資通訊科技導入不同產業可能產生不同之影響,進而對產業生產力產生不同之效果,故導入資通訊技術對於產業競爭力究竟造成何種影響,乃值得探討之課題。
本研究透過台灣地區產業關聯表,探討金融產業、電力產業導入資通訊科技投入要素與兩產業最終產出之關聯。具體而言,本研究之目的為:(1)探討過去相關文獻之內涵,並比較其推估結果之異同。(2)估算台灣金融產業及電力產業1981至2004年資通訊科技之要素生產力。(3)比較資通訊科技投入要素對不同產業生產力所產生之不同影響。(4) 探討資通訊科技投入要素影響產業生產力可能之背後因素。為達成以上目的,本研究首先探討相關文獻,然後應用投入產出之概念與KLEMI生產函數模型,推估產業導入資通訊科技投入要素對產業生產力之影響。
實證結果顯示金融產業及電力產業,導入資通訊科技投入要素皆可提升其產業生產力。

With the aid of information and communication technology (ICT), decision makers may enhance their management capability and strengthen corporate productivity. The main purpose of this study is to investigate if ICT investment in Taiwan's industries has a positive effect on industrial productivity. Financial industry and electric utility industry are selected as case studies.
In this thesis, we divide the ICT investment into hardware(IH) and software(IS).The empirical results derived from utilizing a KLEMI model, reveal that there is a positive effect of ICT on the productivity of Taiwan's financial and electric utility industries. The results of financial industry show that contribution of the IS is greater than that of the IH. The results of electric utility industry show that the contribution of the IH is greater than that of the IS. The empirical evidence shows that the ICT investment has an effect of increasing returns to scale in both financial industry and electric utility industry.
