dc.description.abstract經內生菌根菌接種後,番茄農友301感病品種,於消毒或未消毒之土壤皆顯示生長 初期有延緩青枯病發病之效果,但最後並未能降低青枯病之發生率.318中抗及4 73高抗品種由於植株本身具抗病性,因此接種內生菌根菌與否,並無明顥降低發生 率,農友301及473二品種,接種菌根時其感染率顯著高於未接種菌根者,而3 18接種與否,兩者間無明顯差異;於生長後期三品種之菌根感染率達57.5%以 上,皆較初期調查時為高.番茄接種內生菌根菌對植株之株高,地上部植株鮮重,地 下部根鮮重及產量皆無顯著之影響. 同時接種根瘤線蟲與青枯病菌可加快感病品種(包括農友301、黑柿及158)之 青枯病發病速度,於短期內(26天)即可達到90%以上發病率;而對抗病品種( 包括318、473及379)則未能增加或加速青枯病之發病率,如先接種青枯病 菌一星期後再接種根瘤線蟲或先接種根瘤線蟲二個月後再接種青枯病菌,對感病品種 (農友301、黑柿及158)有明顯增加發病率,而抗病品種(318、473及 379)皆無顯著增加青枯病之發病率.六個參試品種中,農友301品種對番茄青 枯病為感病,對根瘤線蟲則為抗病,158及黑柿二品種,對青枯病及根瘤線蟲則皆 為感病,318、473及379三品種對番茄青枯病為抗病,但對於根瘤線蟲則為 感病. S-H土壤添加物之不同濃度處理,對番茄青枯病發病之影響,在各品種間之表現均不 相同.農友301感病品種有增加青枯病發生之趨;劫而黑柿感病品種以0.6%濃 度處理,可顯著降低青枯病之發病率;中抗品種318、469及高抗品種473、 379,各種濃度之處理,對於青枯病之發生則無顯著之影響.zh_TW
