本試驗使用文心蘭 Gower Ramsey 和 Aloha Iwanaga 兩個雜交種做為試
驗材料,建立生育習性之基本資料,並利用花梗修剪、光期控制來尋求調
控花期的方法,以及探討在低光 下使用不同的氮源肥料對開花品質之影
響,以期調節文心蘭在非開花期開花及提高花序之品質。
文心蘭的假球莖是由新莖單節伸長肥大而得,在腫大開始前的4-5個腋芽
是高度分化 的。通常由最靠近假球莖的腋芽先發育形成花芽,花芽發育
成熟後,其下的腋芽(大多是假球莖下第3節位之腋芽)才發展成為新莖。
假球莖內的碳水化合物及水分含量遠高於葉片及根, 且隨著假球莖的發
育而增加,在假球莖成熟時達最高,但隨著花序移除、新莖生長而含量逐
漸降低。文心蘭 Aloha Iwanaga 在假球莖上、下皆有花莖之情形下,剪
除上花莖可提高下花莖之品質並使下花莖提早開花。比較上、下位葉對開
花之影響,發現下位葉對開花之影響較 上位葉重要。剪除花梗以調節產
期之試驗,發現在花莖10公分以下剪除花梗,可刺激其下之 腋芽再抽出
二次花莖,而將產期延後3-4個月,如果在花莖15公分時才剪除花莖,會
減少該假球莖內養分消耗,促進新芽萌發,抽花率可達100 %,距前代抽
花時間約延遲6-7個月。 光度試驗方面,利用遮光50 % 之一層黑網
遮蔭,花莖出現率最高,花序的品質也最佳,測量內部碳水化合物之累積
量最多。在花莖未出現前延長電照處理(16小時),有利於花莖出 現及花
序品質的提高,而短日(10小時)處理者花莖出現率較低,花莖出現的時間
也最晚。日 長轉換對花莖出現之日期沒有影響,但會影響花序發育之品
質。移至短日下之花序品質較差,但可促進花朵提早開放,移至長日者花
序之品質較佳,而維持在24小時日長者抽梗率雖高但 花序頂端之小花常
出現枯死之現象。氮肥型態之比例以NO3--N:NH4+-N為6:1時,有較佳之開
花率與開花品質。

Summary Oncidium hybrid Gower Ramsey and Aloha
Iwanaga were used in this study to investigate the information
of vegetative and reproductive growth and regulating the
flowering of Oncidium by flower stalks pruning and light periods
treatments, and researchthe effect of differen nitrogen form
ratio in low light intensity on flowering quality. The
objectives of this study were to regulate flowering in non-
flowering season and increase inflorescence quality. The
pseudobulb of Oncidium came from elongation of a single node in
new shoots. Four to five buds situated on the start of the
swollen part were high defferentiation. Usually the axillarybuds
the most closely pseudobulb were capable of evolving into
floral shoots, then the axillary buds below floral shoots (most
in the 3rd node below pseudobulb) developed into the vegetative
shoots. The carbohydrates content and water content of
pseudobulb were more high than leaves and roots, and increased
gradually. When pseudobulb matured, the content of
carbohydratesand water culminate, and drop-off accompany with
florescence removal and new shoots growth. When the
pseudobulb of Oncidium Aloha Iwanaga had upper and lower flower
stalks, removal upper flower stalks could increase the flower
stalks quality and advance flowering. Compared with up per and
lower leaves on the effect of flowering, found the lower leaves
was more important. Removing flower stalks below 10 cm could
prompt the axillary buds to produce the 2nd flower stalks and
postponed the time of harvest 3-4 months. If removing flower
stalks in 15 cm, the emergencing speed of new shoots quicken and
the ratio of flowering reached 100 % and delayed
flowering 6-7 months. When shading by 50 % black screen one
flat during experimental period, the percentage of emergence of
flower stalks, inflorescence quality and carbohydrates
content of plants were the best. Elongate light duration
treatments (16 hours) in flower stalks unapperd could
increase the percentage of emergence of flower stalks and
inflorescence quality; and short-day treatments (10 hours)
could reduce the percentage of emergence of flower stalks and
the time of flower stalks emergedlate. Light duration change was
no influence on the date of flower stalk appeard , but it
could impact inflorescence quality. Moved the plants to
short-day treatments, the inflorscence quality was poor
but it could promote florets opened forward. Moved the
plants to long-day treatments, the inflorescence quality was
good. The plants of maintain 24 hours day-length could increase
the percentage of emergence of flower stalks but the florets of
the top of inflorescence often wizened. The percentage of
emergence of flower stalks and flowering quality was the
best when nitrogen form ratio in NO3-N : NH4-N=6:1.
