摘要: 
不同介質對銅的吸附表現及銅的有效性受介質中的有機質、pH值以及
陽離子交換容量 (CEC)等特性的影響,六種供試介質對銅的吸附量均有顯
著的差異性。在有機介質中添加飽和吸附量的銅溶液,由於銅吸附的狀態
不同,使部分介質中的銅在栽培植物過程中釋放成為可交換性或水溶性狀
態,對植物造成傷害。 試驗中銅處理對六種有機介質種植'台中亞蔬
四號'番茄之影響,對於植株外觀性狀上僅以泥炭苔種植之銅處理組與對
照組差異不顯著。而植株根部乾重則有炭化稻殼、稻草堆肥及金針菇堆肥
之銅處理組與對照組差異不顯著。對於植株地上部巨量元素除牛糞、金針
菇堆肥及泥炭苔的磷濃度外,其餘各元素在各介質的銅處理組與對照組間
的差異均不顯著。地下部的巨量元素濃度在各種介質中的表現與地上部相
類似;微量元素中鐵,在稻殼及泥炭苔地上部的銅處理與對照組間差異顯
著,其它四種差異不顯著。地上部鋅則僅有牛糞之銅處理組低於對照組,
地上部錳與銅除炭化稻殼種植之植株地上部銅處理組低於對照組之外,其
它各種介質的錳與銅含量在銅處理組均顯著大於對照組。而銅在地上部及
地下部濃度的比例具有很大差異,有大量累積在根部的現象。

Copper Adsorption and availability was eound affected by
media factors such as organic matter, pH and cation exchange
cability(CEC). There was significant difference in the
adsorption quantity of six tested media. Due to the different
state of copper adsorption, the addition of saturation copper to
the organic media caused plant injury by the release of
exchangeble or copper form the media during the growth period
of tomato plants. In this experiment, tomato plants were
grown on six copper treated media andthe influence was evaluate.
Results indicaated that appearance of tomato plantsin the copper
treated peat moss and the control was not signieicantly
different.No significant difference in root dry weight was found
in carbonized rice hull, rice straw compost and golden mushroom
compost between copper treated and the control. Shoot
macroelementt concentrations were not significantly different
between copper treated and the control with the exceptions for P
concentration in tomato shoot grown with cattle feces, golden
mushroom compost or peat moss.Macroelement concentrations of
tomato root were similar as shoot. There weresignificant
difference in Fe concentration between Cu-treated and control in
rice hull and peat moss. Zn concentration of Cu-treated shoot
was lower than controlgroup in cattle feces media. Shoot Mn and
Cu concentrations in Cu-treated tomatowas lower than control in
carbonized rice hulls, while Cu-treated plants were higher than
respective control in the other media. Cu accumulation in roots
in each copper treatment proup.
