dc.description.abstract本實驗培養乳羅黛粉葉(Dieffenbachia maculata ''Rudolph Roehrs'') 之剛展開葉身於1/2MS+蔗糖20g/l+BA 5ppm+NAA 0.125ppm及Difco Bacto- agar 6g/l之培養基中,以探討各項影響葉片癒傷組織形成之因素及植株再 生的方法. 葉片培殖體以0.5%或1.0%次氯酸鈉消毒5,10或15分鐘,可使其 污染率在15.9%以下,並維持良好生長率.次氯酸鈉1.0%消毒15分鐘將使培 殖體褐化率增加. 成熟的老葉培殖體其污染率及褐化率較剛展開或未展 開葉高,且癒傷組織生長不良.剛展開葉的不含主脈部分具最佳分生能力zh_TW
