摘要: 
光彈實驗應力分析是一種非常精密的應力量測法,因為精密度很高,很容易受到外界環境影響導致結果的精準度,文獻指出,影響原因除外界環境外,更會因為1/4波板的波板延遲量的精確性影響到光彈應力參數量測結果,本篇論文主要針對1/4波板延遲量的精確與否以及人為角度偏差量的精準度分析對於光彈應力的影響性為何,以圓偏為主,分別以圓偏六步、圓偏六步左右旋以及圓偏七步三種相移法為主要分析的方式,並進行系統誤差分析,充分掌握1/4波板在不同波長條件以及人為角度偏差量的不同對光彈量測參數誤差的影響。從分析以及實驗的結果可以清楚地發現,延遲量的精準與否對誤差量的影響非常大,尤其在主應力角角度為 帶入為計算式時,分母部分會為零,造成不可定義現象而使得角度偏差的誤差量突然變很大。隨著波板誤差越大,相移法對主應力角與主應力差造成的誤差影響也會越大,隨著主應力角的不同,以六部左旋為例,其主應力差之誤差量在波長誤差高達192.8nm時,誤差量甚可高達 ,由此可見波板延遲量誤差對相移法影響的程度。
