Mutat Res. 368(1):15-20. 以下網路資料參考日期為04/01/2009 http://bbs.hljradio.com/htm_data/183/0607/95136.html http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Euphorbia_milii http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Euphorbia_milii http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Euphorbia_milii http://www.horticopia.com/hortpix/html/pc2410.htm http://public.fotki.com/adelcampom/other/hibrids/ http://public.fotki.com/adelcampom/other/hibrids/ http://www.plantzafrica.com/plantnop/plectranmonlav.htm http://www.euphorbia.de/seed.htm http://www.library.uiuc.edu/vex/toxic/crown/crown.htm | 摘要: | 本試驗在台中縣霧峰鄉中興大學園藝試驗場進行,調查麒麟花Euphorbia milii‘Olympus’、 麒麟花 E. milii‘Supo Roek’、 E. geroldii、美樂麒麟(E. millotii)和Euphorbia sp.‘Thornless’之生長與開花習性,並將麒麟花與其它近緣種進行雜交,期能選出無刺且開花性佳之麒麟花。 除了美樂麒麟在每年9月至翌年5月開花外,其它上述材料均可全年開花。分別將E. milii ‘Olympus’、美樂麒麟以及Euphorbia sp.‘Thornless’的花粉培養在含100 g/l蔗糖之B&K(1963)培養基花粉發芽率較高,然而將E. geroldii花粉培養在含200 g/l蔗糖之B&K培養基花粉發芽率較高,而本試驗材料花粉萌發的最佳溫度均為25℃。 各種種間雜交組合中,以E. milii‘Olympus’× Euphorbia sp.‘Thornless’所得種子較多,其餘雜交組合結果率極低。在E. milii ‘Olympus’× E. geroldii和E. milii‘Supo Roek’× E. geroldii的雜交易早期落果,經培養試驗發現在授粉後第7天取下胚,培養在含1/4 MS鹽類濃度之培養基中有較佳的胚根伸長率。 在E. milii‘Olympus’× Euphorbia sp.‘Thornless’雜交中,後代刺的數量和強度比起母本皆有減少的趨勢。 E. geroldii × E. milii‘Olympus’雜交後代,刺的表現為鋸齒狀軟刺,已經不具危險性。而E. milii‘Supo Roek’× E. geroldii的雜交之子代,其刺的硬度減弱且容易折斷。 The flowering seasons of Euphorbia spp. were investigated. Beside E. millotii blossomed from September to May, E. milii‘Olympus', E. geroldii, and Euphorbia sp. ‘Thornless' blossomed year round. The optimum sucrose concentration in medium for pollen germination were tested. The medium containing 20% sucrose was suitable for E. geroldii pollen germination and 10% for E. milii ‘Olympus', E. millotii and Euphorbia sp.‘Thornless'. Moreover, the optimum temperature for pollen germination of all treated ones was 25℃. The seed harvested from the cross of E. milii ‘Olympus'× Euphorbia sp. ‘Thornless' were more than other cross combinations. The immature embryos of E. milii ‘Olympus' × E. geroldii and E. milii ‘Supo Roek' × E. geroldii were taken from ovaries after 7 days of crossing and could be rescued in the medium of 1/4 MS formula with better radical elongation rate. The thorns from the cross of E. milii ‘Olympus'× Euphorbia sp.‘Thornless' progenies were less and softer. In cross of E. geroldii × E. milii ‘Olympus', thorns of progenies were toothed but not harmful. Thorns from E. milii ‘Supo Roek'× E. geroldii progenies became softer and broken easily. |
