本研究之目的在實驗室比較兩種桔粉介殼蟲內寄生蜂 Anagyrus sawadii
與 Leptomastix dactylopii對寄主齡期偏好性;在不同定溫下之發育速
率,壽命,繁殖率及子代性比;在溫室及田間調查其寄生率及發生消長;結果
顯示 A. sawadii 僅寄生初齡及二齡寄主而偏好二齡,L.dactylopii僅寄
生三齡及成蟲而偏好成蟲.在有選擇試驗中,寄生初齡,二齡寄主之 A.
sawadii其羽化子代數平均分別為4.6及14.3隻,子代雌性比分別為28.6 %
及41.9%.寄生三齡成蟲寄主之L. dactylopii,其羽化子代數平均分別
4.3及8.5隻,子代雌性比分別為34.6%及39.2%.在無選擇試驗中,寄生初齡
,二齡寄主之A. sawadii,其羽化子代數平均分別為12.9及22.7隻,子代雌
性比分別為16.9%及33.1%.寄生三齡成蟲寄主之L. dactylopii,其羽化子
代數平均分別為7.5及19.1隻,子代雌性比分別為28.9%及38.5%.寄生初齡
寄主之A.sawadii,發育時間平均分別為30.4天,而寄生二齡者平均為17.2
天.寄生三齡寄主之L. dactylopii,發育時間平均為21.8天,而寄生成蟲者
平均為19.2天,兩種寄生蜂雄性子代的發育時間均較雌性子代短.25℃為兩
種寄生蜂之生存最適溫,15℃定溫則無子代產生.20℃25℃30℃及35℃時,
A. sawadii之平均壽命分別為35.8,20.6,13.8及7.7天,L. dactylopii則
平均分別為40.9,24.9,15.7及7.3天,發育速率隨溫度昇高而增加,雄性和
雌性A.sawadii之迴歸方程式分別為Y=-0.023+0.0032X及Y=-0.009+
0.0026X;雄性和雌性L. dactylopii分別為Y=-0.0014+0.0026X及
Y=-0.008 +0.0022X.在供應不同食物之情況下,以餵時蜂蜜加蒸餾水(1:1)
時,兩種寄生蜂成蟲平均壽命最長,A.sawadii平均為21.3天,L.dactylopii
平均為 26.9天.兩種寄生蜂之平均子代數量隨寄主密度昇高而增加,子代
性比則無明顯差異.在寄主定量時,平均每隻寄生蜂產生子代數量及子代性
比,不隨寄生蜂密度昇高而增加.1995年二月至四月,在台南柑桔園以馬鈴
薯為接種源靠接桔粉介殼蟲誘引寄生調查顯示,A. sawadii在田間相對豐
度多於L. dactylopii.溫室中,以增補式釋放兩種內寄生蜂,於六個月內南
瓜果實上桔粉介殼蟲密度迅速抑制,維持在平均每平方公分0.2隻以下消
長,在寄生蜂對寄主影響方面,在未釋放區,南瓜果實上之桔粉介殼蟲密度
平均每平方公分 0.78隻,在釋放區平均為0.12隻.

Laboratory and greenhouse experiments were conducted to study
the relationship between the citrus mealybug, Planococcus citri
(Risso) and its two endoparasitoids, Anagyrus sawadii Ishii and
Leptomastix dactylopii Howard. A. sawadii parasitizing the
first and the second instar nymphs but preferred the latter
instar nymphs.L. dactylopii parasitizing the third instar
nymphs and the adult but preferred the adult.In choice tests,
A. sawadii parasitizing on the first and the second instar
nymphs produced 4.6 and 14.3 progeny, with sex-ratio of 28.6%
and 41.9%, respectively. L. dactylopii parasitizing on the
third instar nymphs and the adult emerged 4.3 and 8.5 progeny,
with sex- ratio of 34.6% and 39.2%, respectively. In no-choice
tests, A. sawadii parasitizing on the first instar nymphs and
the second instar nymphs had 12.9 and 22.7, with sex-ratio of
16.9% and 33.1%, respectively. L. dactylopii parasitizing on
the third instar nymphs and the adult emerged 7.5 and 19.1
progeny, with sex-ratio of 28.9% and 38.5%, respectively.
Developmental duration of A. sawadii in the first instar nymphs
was 30.1 days which is longer than that of the second instar
nymphs of 17.2 days.L. dactylopii parasitized the third instar
nymphs took 21.8 days to develop that was longer than that of
the adult of 19.7 days, and male progeny of both was shorter
than female. The optinum temperature for the two parasitoids
was 25℃. Average adult longevity at 20℃, 25℃, 30℃ and 35℃
was 35.8, 20.6, 13.8 and 7.7 days for A. sawsdii, and 40.9,
24.9, 15.7 and 7.3 days for L. dactylopii, respectively.
Development rate increased with temperature. Regression
equations relating temperature(X) to development rates(Y) for
the male and female were Y=-0.023+ 0.0032X, Y=-0.009+0.0026X
(A. sawadii), Y=-0.0041+0.0026X, Y=- 0.0008+0.0022X (L.
dactylopii). Average adult longevity for the two parasitoid
species provided with honey and distilled water (1:1) was 21.3
and 26.9 days, respectively.
