dc.description.abstract | 自台灣香菇原木上分離鑑定計有四種Trichoderma 菌,其中 Trichoderma viride 及 Trichoderma harzianaim最常見,同時有兩種尚待鑑定其種名。諸菌株之菌絲生長, 產胞及分生胞子發芽最適溫度分別在24℃至36℃之間,最適酸鹼度為4.2 至4.6 。鋸 木屑含水量於40% 至60% 時菌絲生長良好,相對濕度在95% 至100%時,分生胞子發芽 良好。光照時間加長可促進產胞,葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖、木糖、蔗糖、纖維雙糖及 甘露糖對菌的生長及產胞有利,氮素源中之胺基態氮利於菌絲生長及產胞,但尿素不 被利用。桂香及赤柯木材抽出物促進分生胞子發芽。在25℃下菌體於木塊上可殘存24 天以上,而分生胞子可存活360 天,在人工培養基及栽培原木木塊上行對恃,培養發 現除Trichoderma pseudokoningii及Trichoderma sp.(CMT/104)外均能使香菇菌絲細 胞質顆粒化瓦解。室內以四種系統性藥劑Benlate 、Benlate--T、Bavistin及 TBZ34 °對Trichoderma 菌之菌絲生長有良好之抑制效果。 | zh_TW |
