Curr Med Chem. , 15(13), 1330-1335. | 摘要: | 木層孔菌屬(Phellinus)於1886年由Quelet學者建立,早期將子實層為褐孔狀,多年生的白腐真菌歸納其中。根據Wagner and Fischer (2002)分子親緣分析後發現,木層孔菌屬為一多源性的族群,可利用核醣體LSU片段親緣關係分析細分為9個單一親緣關係之屬:Fomitiporia、Fulvifomes 、Fuscoporia、Phellinidium、Phellinopsis、Phellinus、Phellopilus、Phylloporia、Porodaedalea。以至於早期木層孔菌屬之觀念為廣義,而細分後之屬為狹義。本研究調查台灣廣義木層孔菌之種類,結合台灣日據時期之標本、自行採集標本與台灣國立自然科學博物館之真菌標本館藏,以現代分類觀念重新檢視其分類地位。兩年間一共鑑定出10種台灣新記錄種與11種已記錄種。經本研究彙整,台灣廣義木層孔菌種類新增至44種,分別歸類於8個屬中。此外,為確保形態鑑定之正確性,利用核醣體LSU片段進行親緣關係分析,發現其中Fulvifomes melleoporus之親緣關係上應屬於Fuscoporia屬,而Phellinidium屬之種類可被分支至兩個分類群。由此結果顯示Fulvifomes melleoporus可移至Fuscoporia屬中,而Phellinidium屬仍為多源性的分類族群。此外,本研究共獲得8株菌株,並進行一系列培養測試,包括培養描述、氧化能力分析與最適生長環境測試。藉由本論文對台灣廣義木層孔菌之分類與培養研究,相信對未來其他領域之延伸應用提供了具價值性之資訊。 The genus Phellinus sensu lato was created by Quelet in 1886 to encompass brown poroid, perennial white-rot fungi. Phylogenetic analyses (Wagner and Fischer, 2002), revealed that the genus Phellinus is actually polyphyletic, and could be subdivided into nine monophyletic genera, included: Fomitiporia, Fulvifomes, Fuscoporia, Phellinidium, Phellinopsis, Phellinus sensu stricto, Phellopilus, Phylloporia, and Porodaedalea. The aim of this study was to survey and classify the genus Phellinus sensu lato in Taiwan based on novel taxonomic concepts. Materials were from Sawada’s collections, herbarium of National Museum of Nature Science, and collections obtained during 2010 to 2012. Twenty-one species have been identified. Among them ten species are newly reported. Species of Phellinus sensu lato species in Taiwan amounts to forty-four species beologing 8 genera. To confirm the accuracy of morphological identification, phylogenetic analyses were conducted based on LSU rDNA. The results show that Fulvifomes melleoporus turned out to cluster with the genus Fuscoporia, and Phellinidium species were divided into two groups. It suggests that Fulvifomes melleoporus should be placed into the genus Fuscoporia, and the genus Phellinidium is polyphyletic. Cultural tests, including cultural description, oxidase reaction and optimal environment for growing, were conducted for eight strains. This taxonomic study on Phellinus sensu lato species will provide valuable information for further sustainable application. |
