本文主要係以曾文水庫大壩旁之茅埔仔地滑地為試驗地,在其邊坡實
施調查及監測,以探討其邊坡之穩定性。又為建立預估邊坡可能滑動時刻
模式,除參照本研究室在過去所調查多處地滑地之資料,並根據試驗地觀
測資料予於分析及驗證,以探討滑動預估模式之可行性及適用性。
經過試驗及調查的結果得知,本試驗地為一淺層之滑動型態,而其穩定性
為臨界狀態,故若遇豪雨或水庫水位上升至高水位時即有滑動之可能。
經整理及分析台灣過去多處地滑地之資料而得如下之邊坡破壞預測式
log tr = 4.018 - 0.3466*log (V*10000) (r=0.7265)
tr : 破壞時刻
V : 應變速率
如在現有條件下使用此預估式,則本試驗地可能發生大規模滑動之時刻為
於監測開始後之第1420天。但如使用齋藤迪孝之預估式則為20641 天,因
而其預估是有明顯高估之情形。 惟福囿輝旗之邊坡破壞時刻預測方式
,若以研究室過去所收集得之資料在第三階段之潛變期加以檢算,則在第
三段潛變破壞開始後4 ∼10天即可準確預測得邊坡破壞之時刻,因而其準
確性尚可供參考。
若能將此二種預測方式加以整合與改進,將可提供爾後對坡地災害預警工
作之參考。

This study was under taken at the landslide area of Mao-Pu-
Tzunear Tsengwen reservoir to investigate the physical
mechanism of the landslope and determinethe suitablity of a
model for predictingthe timing of landslide occurrence. The
data from this study was used to derive the following
progression equationfor predicting the timing of
landslideoccurence. log tr =
4.018 - 0.3466*log (V*10000) (r=0.7265)
tr : time of slope failure
V : Strain rate
This equation is similar to that derived by Saito(1961).Basedon
this equation the test region landslide might occur after 1420
days.The resualts are useful in design and planning of warning
systemof slope
