摘要: 
為瞭解高職農科教師在職進修意願及其影響因素,本研究嘗試探討高職農
科教師之年齡、家庭負擔、學校支持程度、進修課程內容、進修時間安排
、進修獎勵誘因、在職進修意願等變項情況及其之間的因果關係。採用叢
集比例隨機抽樣方法,經過次數分配、百分比、多元迴歸等統計分析,發
現學校支持程度、進修課程內容、進修時間安排、進修獎勵誘因等因素,
對高職農科教師的在職進修意願具有顯著的正向影響,其中以學校支持程
度的影響程度最大。而年齡、家庭負擔則對高職農科教師在職進修意願具
有顯著的負向影響。因此欲提升高職農科教師的在職進修意願,建議可從
這幾個方面予以著手。

In order to understand the in-service education and the
influencial
facfactors of agricultural teachers in Vocational High Schools,
this research is made to explore the situation of teachers''
ages,teachers''family loading ,support from schools,content of
curriculum,arrangement of time,encouragingincentive of in-
service education,in-service education aspiration,and to
examinethe causal relationship among these factors.Through
clusterproportion randomsampling method and statistic analysis
of frequency,percentage and multipleregression,the results of
the study showed that support from school,content of curriculum,
arrangement of time encouraging incentive of in-service
education have positive significant effects for the in-service
education aspiration ofagricultural teachers in Vocational High
Schools.Among them the support fromschool is the most important
effect.In the meanwhile ,both the teachers'' agesand teachers''
family loading have negative significant effects for the in-
service education aspiration.Therefore,I suggest that we can
start to promote in-service education aspiration of agricultural
teachers in VocationalHigh Schools through these finding.
