影響基層農會家政班團體表現因素之探討~以彰化地區為例

In order to understand the group performance of Home Economics Improvement Clubs and the influential factors, this research is aimed to explore the distributions and relationships among member's average age, average educational degree, learning motivation , leadership, counselors' attitudes, activity contents, support of the Farmers' Association, group size, regulation obedience, family support, group performance. A sample of 269 chiefs and 28 counselors of Home Economics Improvement Clubs of Chang Hua Area are interviewed . By means of the statistic analysis of frequency, percentage , factor analysis, and multiple regression, the results are shown as the following :
1、 Six factors are extracted from the group performance variables. They are degree of initiative, group identification, team performance, team spirit, distinction and participation.
2、 The influential factors of degree of initiative are learning motivation ,
counselors' attitudes, support of the Farmer's Association and regulation obedience. With the exception of counselors' attitudes ,all the variables tend to have positive effects.
3、 The factors which significantly affect the group identification are learning motivation , regulation obedience and family support. They all possess positive effects.
4、 The factors which affect the team performance are leadership, support of the Farmer's Association, group size. The support of the Farmer's Association presents negative effect, whereas the rest shows positive effects.
5、 The factors related to team spirit are learning motivation , support of the Farmer's Association, group size, and the regulation obedience. They all show positive effects.
6、 The factors which affect the distinction are learning motivation , leadership and support of the Farmer's Association. Positive effects are shown in all these factors.
7、 The factors which affect the participation are the activity contents,
support of the Farmer's Association, and the regulation obedience.
With the exception of the activity contents ,all the variables show positive
effects.
Therefore, it is suggested that the findings be used as a reference for the promotion of group performance of the Home Economic Improvement Clubs.

為瞭解家政班團體表現情況及其影響因素,本研究嘗試探討家政班員之平均年齡、平均教育程度、班員學習動機、班長領導能力、輔導人員工作態度、活動內容、農會上級支持程度、團體大小、班規制約力、家人支持程度、團體表現情況及其間之關係。資料蒐集以彰化地區之家政班為調查訪問對象,訪得班長269人及指導員28人,經次數分配、百分比、因素分析、多元迴歸分析等統計分析,得到以下研究結果:
1、 經因素分析萃取出主動程度、認同感、整體表現、團隊精神、榮譽感及參與感等六因素。
2、 影響主動程度的因素有班員學習動機、輔導人員工作態度、農會上級支持程度及班規制約力,除輔導人員工作態度為負向影響外,其餘皆為正向影響。
3、 影響認同感的因素有班員學習動機、班規制約力及家人支持程度,皆為正向影響。
4、 影響整體表現的因素有班長領導能力、農會上級支持程度、及團體大小,除農會上級支持程度為負向影響外,其餘皆為正向影響。
5、 影響團隊精神的因素有班員學習動機、農會上級支持程度、團體大小及班規制約力,皆為正向影響。
6、 影響榮譽感的因素有班員學習動機、班長領導能力、及農會上級支持程度,三者皆為正向影響。
7、 而影響參與感的因素有活動內容、農會上級支持程度、及班規制約力,除活動內容為負向影響外,其餘皆為正向影響。
因此欲提升家政班的團體表現,建議可從這幾方面予以著手。
