本研究中所製備之摻合物分為:抗靜電尼龍6、尼龍6/聚乙烯摻合物、抗靜電尼龍6/聚乙烯摻合物三大方向。抗靜電尼龍6是以小分子型抗靜電劑:四烷基磺胺醯 ( BBSA ) 與兩種高分子型抗靜電劑:聚 ( 醚-醯胺 ) 共聚合物 ( PBX6、PBX12 ) 與尼龍6經溶液法及熔融混煉法而得到。尼龍6/聚乙烯摻合物則以熔融混煉法製備,並引入相容劑:聚乙烯接枝馬來酸酐。而三種抗靜電劑與尼龍6、聚乙烯經熔融混煉摻混後則得到抗靜電尼龍6/聚乙烯摻合物。
抗靜電尼龍6材料經溶液法製備測量表面電阻值後發現,添加BBSA、PBX6、PBX12含量各為 10 wt % 時,尼龍6表面電阻值經24小時後即會低於1012 Ω/sq. 顯示尼龍6達到抗靜電性質,且隨其含量增加而表面電阻值下降。經熔融混煉法製備之抗靜電尼龍6材料則發現,添加20 wt % 高分子型抗靜電劑 PBX12 能於24小時後降低尼龍6表面電阻值達1011.7 Ω/sq.。DMA 分析顯示 BBSA不僅可作為抗靜電劑更具有可塑劑性質,BBSA 含量為 23.7 wt % 時,尼龍6之Tg 下降57℃。
尼龍6/聚乙烯摻合物經 SEM 分析發現,聚乙烯含量為 20 wt % 時,粒徑為3.0∼4.2μm;而引入相容劑聚乙烯接枝馬來酸酐後聚乙烯粒徑則縮小為0.1∼0.2μm,顯示尼龍6與聚乙烯界面黏著力提昇。
抗靜電尼龍6/聚乙烯摻合物經由表面電阻值測試顯示,尼龍6/聚乙烯含量為80/20 w/w %,抗靜電劑 PBX12含量為尼龍6之30 phr時,經24 小時後表面電阻值為1011.8 Ω/sq.;相同比例下抗靜電劑改為 PBX6則表面電阻為1011.9 Ω/sq.,顯示尼龍6/聚乙烯摻合物同樣具有抗靜電性質。

Abstract
Antistatic Nylon 6 were prepared by mixing antistatic agents “BBSA”, “PBX6、PBX12” with Nylon 6 via solution and melt blending in this study. Nylon 6/Polyethylene blends were also prepared by melt blending and imported compatilibizer agent “polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride” in the system. Antistatic Nylon 6/Polyethylene blends were manufactured by adding antistatic agents to Nylon 6、Polyethylene during the melt blending process.
Adding 10 wt % antistatic agent with Nylon 6 during solution mixing can reduce the surface resistivity to lower than 1012 Ω/sq. in 24 hours. The result showed that Nylon 6 were possessed of antistatic property. In melting blending, the surface resistivity of Nylon 6 is 1011.7 Ω/sq. in 24 hours as adding 20 wt % PBX12. DMA showed that antistatic agent “BBSA” not only been antistatic agent but also a plasticizer, the Tg of Nylon 6 were reduced from 63℃ to 5.7℃ at 23.7 wt % content of BBSA.
SEM reveals the Polyethylene particles size are 3.0∼4.2 μm as Polyethylene with 20 wt % content in Nylon 6/Polyethylene blends. The incorporation of compatibilizer agent reduced the Polyethylene particles to 0.1∼0.2 μm. This result exhibited the improvement of surface adhesion between Nylon 6 and Polyethylene.
The surface resistivity of antistatic Nylon 6/Polyethylene blends is 1011.8 Ω/sq. as the content of Nylon 6/Polyethylene with 80/20 w/w %
and 30 phr PBX12 for Nylon 6 in 24 hours after preparation sample. At the same composition and antistatic agent was replaced by PBX6, the surface resistivity is 1011.9 Ω/sq.
