以燃燒效率分析儀在煙囪量測排放氣體之參數值,依廢棄物焚化爐空氣污染物排放標準第十條規定,將排氣含氧量10 ﹪為參考基準校正。看其量測值是否符合環保標準,以進行修改。訂定一較完整的操作方法,教導農民正確使用方法,提供相關人員參考使用。
整個焚化過程中,溫度逐漸上升,此時NOx的濃度會隨著爐內溫度的上升而增加;SO2的濃度和CO的濃度則會隨著爐內溫度的上升而下降。過去焚化爐燃燒時,最大處理量只到20 ㎏,氣體燃燒時留滯時間短,導致氣體燃燒不完全,所以CO含量值一直很高,在加入二次燃燒室後,增加了氣體在爐內的停留時間,因為停留時間長,氣體被燃燒更完全,最大處理量已超過50 ㎏,經研究試驗後証明兼具二次燃燒室之焚化爐可以符合環保標準且處理效果良好。

Incineration of dead animals is the safest way comparing with other methods. Providing correct operational procedure and reducing air pollution problems are the main objects of this study. Predicted benefits from this project are giving farmers proper operational procedures, reducing cost and complication with neighborhood; and surveying the data to government for complete technical development, proper applying model, and results comparing current regulations to manage using incinerator in livestock farm.
Use combustion efficiency analyzer to measure the discharge value of gas in stack as to air pollution effluent standard on waste incinerator. The exit air by 10 % oxygen content is the reference and the correction.
During the combustion process, by testing the exhaust air, it shows all of carbon monoxide, sodium dioxide, and oxides of nitrogen satisfy the standard for envtronmental protection. Except that it contains too much carbon monoxide in the beginning of combustion, no doubt, the derived pollution phenomenon does not happen.
