摘要: 
The main object of this study is to establish the basic prin-
ciples of designing a counter-weight for the rice
transplantingchanism , and to verify the accuracy of them . In
this study , the cosine law is used to describe the
configuration of the me-anism , and the computer-aided-
kinematics method is used to analyze the motion of the
mechanism , and the free-body-diagramdrawn to illuminate the
vibration of the mechanism . The counter-weight and its link
are treated as one unit in the vi- bration analytical model.
To balance the structure as well as to satisfy the safety of
the mechanism , a computer software MOSTat based on a
sequential quadratic programming is used as ato design the
counter-weight of the mechanism . The results of this study are
summarized in the following : 1. The vibration analytical model
reflects the actual vibration. 2. The shaking force and
shaking moment increase in proportion to the square of ratation
speed of the crank. 3. Adding a counter-weight on crank is an
effective way to su- ppress the vibration. 4. Due to the
difference between actual and theoretic model , adding a
counter-weight on coupler link has reverse effect. 5. Both
shaking force and shaking moment have been improved while a
counter-weight is used. 6. The size of counter-weight is
independent with the rotation speed of the crank. 7. The
vibration problem due to the unbalance of the mechanism can
be avoided while considering both weight and centroid of the
mechanism simultaneously.

本研究旨在建立插秧機四連桿式插植機構加設配重之基本原則,並實 進
行設計以驗証設計原則之正確性。文中以餘弦定理來確認機構之幾何關係
,再利用電腦輔助機構分析法來分析插植機構的運動特性,並以圖解法來
分析插植機構之振動反應,將配重與加設位置之桿件整合為一體,固定其
振動分析模式。減震目的配合機構安全的概念,並利用最佳化設計軟體
MOST為設計工具,進行配重之最佳化設計。研究結果如下: 1.本研究所使
用之振動分析模式可反映出實際插植機構運動時之震力趨勢 2.震力,震
矩隨曲柄轉速之平方倍率增加 3.在曲柄加設配重對震力有相當好的改善
效果 4.由於實際機構與理論機構上的差異,在連接桿加設配重對振動之
改善並不理想 5.本實驗所使用之配重方式,對震力、震矩之改善乃是相
輔相成 6.本研究所設計之配重大小,與曲柄轉速無關 7.振動起因於機構
運動時之不平衡,若能於設計時考量各連桿之質量、質心,可避免振動的
問題
