本研究主要是先利用4-vinyl benzyl chloride(VBC)為單體以NMCRP(nitroxide-mediated controlled radical polymerization)的方式合成出均聚4-氯甲基苯乙烯(h-PVBC),經碘化(iodination)、異氫酸鹽化(isocyanation)後合成出均聚4-異氫酸鹽甲基苯乙烯(h-PVBNCO),並與PEGME2000(polyethylene glycol methyl ether)進行接枝反應,成功的合成出兩性高分子(h-PVBN-g-PEGME),PP,從研究中發現它不但能當分散劑更可以去還原銀離子合成出奈米級的顆粒並有效的分散。實驗過程中利用UV-Vis、TEM、FESEM、XRD等儀器,來做奈米銀粒子的特性鑑定,不同反應條件(反應時間、高分子濃度)對奈米銀還原的影響及還原機構的探討…等等,將實驗所製備的奈米銀溶液應用於水性PU,成膜後做抗菌的實驗,得到不錯的抗菌效果。
在製備奈米銀粒子的過程中,不須添加任何的還原劑、保護劑、分散劑,利用加熱的方法即可在水溶液中得到約20~60nm大小的奈米銀粒子溶液,且由實驗中發現當高分子濃度增加時,粒徑會變小;粒徑會隨著反應時間增加而變大,減少溶劑的量可以縮短反應時間。

This research takes VBC as an initiator. According to NMCRP(nitroxide-mediated controlled radical polymerization) process to synthesize h-PVBC then iodination and isocyanation to produce h-PVB-NCO . Reacting h-PVB-NCO with PEGME2000
(polyethylene glycol methyl ether) and PEGME2000 as side chain ,named h-PVBN-g-PEGME (PP) is a amphiphilic polymer . PP could be an dispersant and reductant. It produces nano-silver particles and disperses well . Its’ physical characteristics was identified by using UV-Vis、TEM、FESEM、XRD , and probe into the effects of reduction mechanism at different conditions (time,concentration of PP) We combine water-borne polyurethane(PU) and PP to form polymer film then apply to antibacteria measurement and show good properties.
In producting nano-silver particles is necessaryless to add any agents such like reductants , protectants , and dispersants . By way of heating , we can get nano-silver particles which at about 20~60nm in diameter. As increasing the concentration of PP , the diameter of silver particles will decrease .And increase time gets larger particles . It could shorten reaction time by using less solvent than before.
