dc.description.abstract本論文一冊,分五間節以討論有關水稻幼苗優勢之生理及遺傳之變化。 水稻之幼苗優勢深受其種子重量的影響,一般種子較重的水稻,其幼苗優勢表現較強 ,且不論溫度之變化其表現皆一致,一般在30℃下幼苗生長較為良好。幼苗優勢和幼 苗呼吸率呈極顯著之正相關,此種生理代謝活性的強弱乃是指示幼苗優勢的最佳指標 之一。 具有幼苗優勢的品種,其幼苗植株內的酵素活性以整體活性而言,幼苗優勢高者,其 整體之活性高。幼苗優勢及幼苗呼吸係由多因子控制,具遺傳率中等,顯示該二性狀 受環境影響極大。其子代集團之平均值偏向低親本或介於二親本中間值,推測該二性 狀係由加性之微效因子所控制。zh_TW
