本論文分為兩個部分。Part A部分是有關於,一種新型具有雙醚鏈段之含磷的雙胺(3),是由雙酚單體(1)和4-chloronitrobenzene 進行芳香親核取代反應,生成二硝化合物後,再以氫氣和Pd/C 催化還原反應而得到。具撓曲性、高玻璃轉移溫度、高熱安定性且聚改善有機溶解性之聚醯亞胺,是由上述含磷之二胺單體(3)和市售二酸酐溶於DMAc進行反應,再經由熱閉環法聚合而得。其熱性質由DSC 測定之玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)在268到306 oC之間,經由DMA 測定之玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)介於278至314 oC之間。由TGA 之分析,於氮氣中量測之5 %重量損失溫度及800 oC之焦炭殘餘率分別為453至467 oC和56至58wt%之間。
Part B 部分是有關於,一種新型具有單醚鏈段之不對稱含磷的雙胺(8),是由不對稱單體(6)和4-chloronitrobenzene 進行芳香親核取代反應,生成單硝化合物後,再以氫氣和Pd/C 催化還原反應而得到。具撓曲性、高玻璃轉移溫度、高熱安定性且具改善有機溶解性之聚醯亞胺,是由二胺單體(8)與市售二酸酐溶於DMAc進行反應,再經由熱閉環聚縮合而得。其熱性質由DSC 、DMA測定之玻璃轉移溫度分別介於281-329 oC、291-336 oC之間。由TGA 之分析,在氮氣中之5 %重量損失及800 oC之熱重殘餘率分別為447至463 oC和55至59wt%之間。

The reported includes Part A and Part B. Part A is about a new phosphorus-containing aromatic diamine which contain bisether linkage, (3) was synthesized by the nucleophilic aromatic substitution of diphenol monomer (1) with 4-chloronitrobenzene, followed by catalytic hydrogenation. flexible and creasable polyimides with high glass transition, high thermal stability, improved organo-solubility, were synthesized from the condensation of (3) with various aromatic dianhydrides in DMAc, followed by thermal imidization. The Tgs of these polyimides range from268 to 306 oC by differential scanning calorimetry,
and from 278 to 314 oC by DMA. The degradation temperatures (Td5%) and char yields at 800 oC in nitrogen range from 453to 467 oC and 56-58 wt %, respectively.
Part B is about a new phosphorus-containing aromatic diamine which contain monoether linkage,(8) was synthesized by the nucleophilic aromatic substitution of asymmetry monomer (6) with 4-chloronitrobenzene, followed by catalytic hydrogenation. flexible and creasable polyimides with high glass transition, high thermal stability, improved organo-solubility, were synthesized from the condensation of (8) with various aromatic dianhydrides in DMAc, followed by thermal imidization.The Tgs of these polyimides range from 281 to 329oC by DSC and from 291 to 336 oC by Dynamic Mechanical Analysis. The degradation temperatures (Td5%) and char yields at 800 oC in nitrogen range from 447 to 463 oC and 55-59 wt %, respectively.
