本論文就藍光激發黃色螢光粉來探討對白光LED特性的影響。除了控制矽膠與螢光粉的比例可改變色彩的變化外,若變更其螢光膠的重量亦可以控制其色彩的變化現象。將螢光膠的配比控制為1:0.17的相同比例,再控制其膠量在0.008~0.012g內,其CCT的範圍會落在所需要的5400K ~ 9200K範圍中。若需較暖色系的LED其CCT為3800K ~ 3900K 範圍內,其螢光膠的配比變更為1:0.22比例;膠量為0.01 g,就可得到所需要的色彩值。若改變不同的藍色晶粒數量封裝,如八顆晶粒、六顆晶粒和四顆晶粒的藍光封裝激發黃色螢光粉,亦用相同的螢光膠比例和重量,也可控制在所需要的CCT範圍內,而其發光效率分別約為每瓦50流明。

In the thesis,using stimulates yellow phosphors on the blue LED to discuss to the white light LED characteristic influence。Except control silicone with phosphors the proportion,may change the color the change, if changes the silicone-phosphors weight also to be allowed to control its color the change phenomenon。If the silicone-phosphors proportion control is 1: 0.17 same proportion,control its silicone-phosphors quantity again in 0.008 ~ 0.012g,its CCT scope can fall on 5400K ~ 9200K in the scope which needs。If must compare the warm color department LED its CCT is 3800K ~ 3900K in the scope,its silicone-phosphors proportion change is 1: 0.22 proportion;The silicone-phosphors quantity is 0.01 g,may obtain the color value which needs. If changes the different blue LED quantity package,like eight chips、six ships and four chips blue LED package stimulates yellow phosphor,also uses the same silicone-phosphors proportion and the weight,also may control in the CCT scope which needs,but it luminous efficiency distinction approximately for 50 lm/W。
