摘要: 
The problem associatd with the deletion of the singular equations on the stoichiometric matrix of bioreaction network equations (BRNEs) was discussed. Singular node in the network was defined as a node with its nodal equations being singular. Two modification approaches were proposed to prevent the singular equations deletion problem. By assigning a "split ratio value" on the singular node, the singular equation in the network can be preserved. This approach is named as the split-ratio substitution algorithm (SSA).
