dc.description.abstract本計劃乃是〝CNC車削中心C軸實作〞整合型計劃之子計劃---C軸精密定位系統。本計劃整個三年的目標是配合整合型計劃之其他子計劃,設計、製作、組裝完成CNC車床C軸之精密定位系統。第一年之研究工作中已先對諸如(1)內藏式主軸直接傳動(2)蝸輪蝸桿傳動(3)齒輪組間接傳動等不同之傳動系統進行動態模式推導與模擬,分析AC伺服馬達之傳動效應,並以選定之雙導程蝸輪蝸桿傳動系統為載具,Fanuc控制器為核心進行控制策略之研究。第二年計劃則先以第一年計劃中選定之蝸輪蝸桿雙導程傳動系統加上機體之其他部份進行整機動態模式推zh_TW
