dc.description.abstract具C軸之CNC車床車床因具有旋削與銑削的功能,可提高加工效率與成品之加工精度,故附加價值甚高。近年來國內亦有業者產出該產品,但因研發人力有限,對於諸多瓶頸仍有待探討解決。本計畫主要針對C軸之幾何及剛度進行設計分析與製作,其要點涵蓋十項:(i)主軸受力變形之設計分析 (ii)主軸靜態剛性之設計分析(iii)主軸臨界轉速之設計分析 (iv)主軸煞車系統之設計分析(v)主軸熱對稱之設計分析 (vi)主軸軸承預壓及公差配合之設計分析(vii)C軸傳動介面之設計分析 (viii)C軸組裝誤差之設計與控制(ix)C軸zh_TW
