本計劃將建立國內牛隻屠體病原微生物檢測方法及建立台灣牛隻屠體微生物資料庫並聯結量化分析以減少牛隻屠宰過程屠體遭病原菌汙染之風險。

This study is to set up the standard operation procedure for bovine carass microbiology examination and establish a data base of bovine carass microbiology. It will be helpful in the reduction of hazard in pathogen contamination in beef.
