摘要: 
在廢棄物焚化處理過程中,進料所含的微量重金屬元素無法藉由焚化完全
破壞,具高沸點的重金屬大多會分佈在底灰中,而具低沸點的重金屬則容
易分佈在粒狀物收集系統、濕式洗滌塔的廢水中、半乾式除酸系統的飛灰
中或是以更小的氣相重金屬逸散至大氣。因此重金屬在焚化過程中與空氣
污染控制設備操作條件對重金屬氣膠的行為特性影響,值得深入研究。本
實驗針對三種對人體具危害性重金屬鉻(C、鉛(Pb及鎘(Cd,分別探討水冷
卻系統在冷卻的過程中和半乾式除酸系統去除酸氣的過程中,鉻、鉛及鎘
三種重金屬氣膠粒徑分佈的變化情形。此外,藉由進料中有機氯(PV和無
機實驗結果發現無論水冷卻系統或半乾式除酸系統在較低的操作溫度對於
低沸點的重金屬(如鉛、鎘)有增大飛灰粒徑分佈的趨勢,且在細粒飛灰
中則有降低的趨勢,對於高沸點金屬鉻則不具規則性。半乾式除酸系統,
除了去除氯化氫(HC效果達到90以上,也使得重金屬氣膠在粒狀物收集系
統收集量大幅提高,而對鉻、鉛及鎘在小於0.5細小飛灰上的濃度分佈則
有降低的趨勢,將有助於後續粒狀物收集系統的收集。關鍵字:重金屬、

ABSTRACTOwing to the advantages of stabilization, resource
recovery and volume reduction, incineration technology is more
suitable for the congested areas, such as Taiwan. However, the
ash produced by the incineration of municipal solid wastes
contains significant amounts of heavy metals. Trace toxic metals
may escape from the incineration process in flue gas, in dry
collected ash, in wet scrubbed ash, or as an airborne aerosol.
So it is important and necessary to understand the behavior of
trace heavy metals in thPrevious theoretical study indicated
that the control conditions of water cooling system and spray
dryer system under incineration processes have significant
effect on the formation of heavy metal compounds. The formation
of chromium (Cr), lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) species under
various control conditions water cooling tower and spray dryer
reactor were investigated at present test. The subject of the
