台灣地區羊隻內寄生蟲種類之鑑定分析

Abstract

本計畫將派遣中興大學獸醫系師生前往離島及台灣各縣市配合當地動物防疫機構共同進行羊隻糞材之採集培養檢驗。本年度將以糞材內寄生蟲檢驗為主，分離島族群、牧場族群等進行檢驗分析。預期將離島之調查與本島地區羊隻內寄生蟲種類之鑑定分析，除可獲知現況外，亦可監控人畜共通寄生蟲病原之狀況及兩岸是否有所關連，進而可以提供防治對策之重要參考數據。

The current proposal is for the student and faculty of the Department of Veterinary Medicine, National Chung Hsing University, to collaborate with local animal disease control agencies around the island to collect, culture, and examine sheep/goat feces. This year's emphasis will be on endoparasites, and samples will be divided into outlying island and mainland farm populations for the sake of examination and analysis. Other than isolating and identifying the species of endoparasites found in both populations and generating a general picture of current infections, we will also be able to monitor the current condition of zoonotic parasites and possible cross straits connections in order to provide important statistics in aid of formulating disease prevention policies
