dc.description.abstract為達省工應用及降低生產成本之目的,本實驗室擬研發生物肥料及堆肥複合功能之菌種及生產技術。首先篩選快速且穩定之三株優良溶磷菌 ( Bacillus pumillus : Ca48-2、Ca49-4、Al74 ) 與三株優良大豆根瘤菌 ( Rhizobium fredii : SB99、SB136及SB439 ),經逢機複製多型性 DNA ( RAPD ) 指紋 ( fingerprinting ) 圖譜分析建立菌種資料,並將其培養三天後混入緞燒土、泥碳土、顆粒狀泥碳、大豆粕拌勻,於50℃烘箱內烘乾 4 小時,再置於室溫下一天,或室溫風乾24 小時以上。成品於 4℃ 或室溫下保存,分於7、30、60、90……天取 0.1 g 樣品檢測其中存活之菌數。此外嘗試菌種複合介質與堆肥液狀保存法。結果顯示,風乾或烘乾後的菌液混合豆粕效果最佳,30 天後之菌數每毫升在107 以上,其它種類堆肥保存效果則並不理想。研究發現,菌種複合介質與液狀堆肥的保存效果則並不理想,因任何堆肥或介質直接加入濃厚菌液中保存,或烘乾不完全,均造成非目的之真菌感染,而無法由產品中測得接種之菌,有待繼續研究菌種之適應性。zh_TW
