dc.description.abstract國內農地受到或擬受到重金屬汙染之土壤合計 約在五萬公頃左右,約佔全省耕地面積5.63%.土棲 性囊叢枝菌根菌(vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi) 與作物形成共生菌根後,可稀釋植體中重金屬濃 度而有助植物在受重金屬汙染土壤中生長,已受 重金屬汙染土壤中,此類菌族�數量與量之分佈, 在生態上極有意義,本研究室於八十及八十一兩 年已調查土壤被重金屬銅,鋅,鎘,鎳,鉻及鉛汙染 多年後,土中所含VA菌根繁殖體數及孢子數,由初 步結果顯示,重金屬濃度之效應小於生態環境因 子及植生種類,其次雙培養系之建立,可於顯微鏡下觀測菌絲入侵根系之過程,下一年度(八十二)將 探討不同季節,農耕系統對鋅,銅汙染土壤中土棲 性菌根菌族�數目與種類之效應,優勢菌�在形 態及種類之異同.其次探討重金屬對菌絲在根面 上入侵點形成之效應.繁殖耐重金屬菌根菌,期供 瞭解銅與鋅對VA菌根形成之抑制機制.zh_TW
