dc.description.abstract本研究將收集台灣本土溶鐵磷細菌的「基因庫」菌種, 及瞭解溶鐵磷細菌在土壤對接種作物之生長及磷含量之效應, 將進而以生物技術做溶鐵磷細菌之16S rRNA做DNA序列及溶磷圈鑑別菌種在根面之存活數.本年度將進行溶鐵細菌在不同土壤中進行選適應不同土壤的菌種及對不同作不之表現.zh_TW
dc.description.abstractLarge amount of P was accumulated in Taiwan agricultural soils by the long term P application.The study to develop a bio-inoculant for solubilizing P to increase availability of insoluble P in the soil and to decrees the soil decline and fertilizer application.The project is to isolate and select native iron phosphate-solubilizing bacteria for a gene pool, and to understand the effect of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria on production and P content of inoculated crops.This year is to study effect of P-solubilizing bacteria adapting to different soils and crops.en_US
