摘要: 
本研究將以生物技術建立台灣本土分解有機磷細菌之「基因庫」菌種,以研究土壤細菌分泌phosphatases之phytase酵素作用。篩選本土優良分解有機磷細菌,並以16S rDNA序列比對之生物技術研究菌種間之差異,本研究將有助進一步發展提高作物吸收磷量,並以盆栽及田間接種有效菌種降低磷肥之施用量及成本,逐年達到開發本土最佳之分解有機磷之生物肥料,達到永續經營農業之目的。本年度將繼續上年度之研究,進而將具有分解有機磷phatic acid之細菌,進行有機磷的分解酵素之作用及其最佳作用的條件。

Phosphate is the lowest in availability and absorption to the crops in among of NPK. This study is to establish a genetic pool of organic phosphate bacteria, and to select and develop a biofertilizer. This year is to study the activity of phosphatase and best condition of activity for our selected organic phosphate utilizing bacteria.
