The main purpose of this research was to set up the optimal disposal while composting of ooze out water of food waste, including pH, air agitation etc. and by the analysis of composition to regulate the nutrient solution formulas. By the analysis of composition, germination index, method of plastic bag, earthworm experiment, cultural of young plant, extending of pollen tube, rate of reducing sugar to total carbon, C/N ratio, colorimetric test, circular chromatographic test, and diphenylamine method were to assessment of food waste compost maturity.
