dc.description.abstract本研究擬探討不同生態系土壤及其無機成分催 化有機物之脫羧作用(Decarboxylation),以及脫羧釋放 CO/sub 2/之過程,對地球變遷之意義.選定森林生態 系,農業生態系及都巿生態系的代表性土類,採集 其表土及底土.採集得土樣,分析其基本物理及化 學性質.另取土樣,以超音波分散機(Ultrasonifier)打 散土粒,同時採用濕篩法(Wet-sieving)及沉降法( Sedimentation)分級分離砂粒,坋粒及黏粒之部分.另 選定有機化合物,包括芳香性化合物,如酚類;以及 脂肪族性化合物,如不同構造之胺基酸及醣類.然 後以平板法及懸浮液法,在恆壓的反應條件下,測定土壤無機礦物,尤其是黏粒的部分對供試有機 物的催化脫羧及脫胺作用(Deamination),研究結果因 此可闡釋地球變遷中,不同生態系土壤物質催化 有機物質礦化脫羧作用之差異,以及此脫羧釋放CO /sub 2/之作用,在地球環境變遷中所扮演之角色.zh_TW
