dc.description.abstract本計畫欲以台灣本地分離有強致病力的水稻白葉枯病菌株與台灣本地培育的水稻品系為基礎,探討不同條件下水稻對X. oryzae pv. oryzae感病的程度,測試水稻品系的種植與病原細菌的接種方法,並利用標準評估法測量不同處理時疾病發生的比率,用以調查白葉枯病的發病因子,並可利用所得結果改進栽培管理的方法來降低病害。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe bacterial blight disease of rice is a serious disease occurred throughout all rice-growing areas. It is caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, which is a highly variable plant pathogen that can be categorized into races according to the differential interaction between rice and the bacterium. The focus of the proposal is to use local bacterial strains of X. oryzae pv. oryzae and rice cultivars from Taiwan to test the disease incidence with different cultural practices and treatments. Results gathered from this study could be potnetially useful in reducing bacterial blight in future.en_US
