摘要: 
調查芒果品系對芒果炭疽病之抗感性及發展綜合防治,完成分離菌株及完成毒力測試 及20種品系之抗感病測試,另進行芒果未成熟果之抗菌成份鑑定,包括完成葉片及幼果之侵染分析。有效防治芒果炭疽病之植物成份萃取,含完成5種以上之植物萃取及抑菌能力分析及完成5種以上植物萃取物之防治效果分析。

To investigate the resistance of mango cultivars to anthracnose and to develop IPM for controlling mango anthracnose disease. Isolation and identification of virulent strains of C. gloeosporioides (Cg) from mango fruits collected in mango orchards. Establishment of Cg penetration process in leaf and young fruit. Extraction of methanol soluble plant compounds from 5 plants and analysis of their antifungal activities. Assay of the five plant extracts on the control of mango anthracnose.
