Improvement of Storage Technology of Shallot
分蔥球採收後常因機械傷害、發根、長芽及腐敗等因子, 造成嚴重的損失, 使分蔥球的貯藏期不長, 無法全年供應市場所需.本試驗之目的在建立分蔥球的貯藏條件, 第一年調查較佳貯藏溫度、溼度及大氣組成, 第二年調查不同熟度、產期及癒傷處理對貯藏能力的影響, 第三年建立貯藏作業流程, 並進行模擬試驗, 以評估效益.
The high percentage of shallot were lost as postharvest spoilage, root growth, sprouting and physical injury.The storage life of dry shallot was not long enough to supply all the year around for market.The objective of this work was to evaluate the condition of shallot storage, including temperature, humidity, atmosphere composition, maturity, curing and cultivated area, and to reduced the loss of shallot during storage.
