The Tissue Culture of Poinsettia (III)
Modern poinsettias were derived from one species, in addition, the wild type disappeared in the world. Therefore, the breeding of poinsettia was by cross or mutant from commercial cultivars. In this project the fertility of plants which were eliminated phytoplasma will be test, and the suspension culture will be improved. At last, mutation plantlets derived from callus treated γ-ray will be found.
