Rural Residents Attitude on the Ecological Engineering Works-A Study

Abstract

本計畫將針對農村以環境生態工法在鄉村居民之可接受程度,作一整體性、全面性、深入性的探討與評估,提供日後在辦理相關工作時之參考.評估工作之內容主要包括農業生產、鄉民生活、景觀生態三方面對鄉村居民進行問卷調查,再佐以相關文獻資料之蒐集. 1. 針對農村環境生態工法目前實施狀況作一評估調查. 2. 探討鄉村居民對農村環境生態工法對農業生產影響的認知狀況. 3. 探討鄉村居民對農村環境生態工法對鄉村居民生活影響的認知狀況. 4. 探討農村環境生態工法對生態影響之認知狀況.根據現地探勘的結果,分別對專家及一般民眾製作問卷調查.針對目前農村生態工法之接受度探討,擬進行500份問卷並將推廣鄉村生態工法模式30種,以提供日後執行之參考.期待藉本評估工作所獲致之成果,協助農村在擁有維持其生活的農村生產外,亦兼顧自然生態之保存,以生活,生產,生態為發展目標的多元化現代農村.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cognition of the rural residents on the ecological engineering works. A comprehensive in-depth survey will be conducted for further reference. The evaluation content includes the attitudes of rural residents on the crop production, the rural living, and the landscape ecology. Both the questionnaire and the literature review will be conduct. The objects of this study includes: 1. The evaluation of the contemporary ecological engineering works in the rural environments. 2. To realize rural residents' cognition of the influences of ecological engineering on the their crop productions. 3. To realize rural residents' cognition of the influences of ecological engineering on the their daily life. 4. To realize rural residents' cognition of the influences of ecological engineering on the their landscape ecology environment. Both of the experts questionnaire and the residents' questionnaire will be performed with the total expect number of 500. Further, the 30 kinds of the ecological engineering works will organize in the report. The result of this report is expected to support on the rural area to have sound concerns on their rural living, crop product, and landscape ecology.
