摘要: 
本研究擬以台灣速生樹種山黃麻為材料,除評估不同粒徑尺寸、不同粒片/塑膠混合比、不同塑膠種類等對山黃麻高分子生物複合材性質之影響外,並擬針對複合材之各項物理及化學性質進行檢測,期能獲得最適化複合材之製造條件。此外,所得製品亦擬利用戶外以及人工加速耐候試驗評估其耐候與生物劣化性質,以擴展台灣速生樹種之加工利用之潛能及環保型木材粒片塑膠複合材之應用範疇。

In this study, the Trema orientalis was used as bio-based materials, and the influences of various factors, including particle size, the different mixing ratios of wood to plastic, and kinds of plastic, on the performace of composites were investigated to find an appropriate manufacturing process. In addition, natural and accelerated weathering tests were carried out to evaluate the durability of wood-plastic composites. Accordingly, this project would benefit the development of eco-frendly wood-plastic composites and the potential application of?fast-growing tree species in different areas.
