dc.description.abstract使用Soja亞屬栽培種大豆(G. max)高雄選十號(KS10) ,中興二號(CH2)與台灣野生大豆(G. soja, G1)及豆(G. gracilis, NO. 85),以栽培種為母本(P/sub 1/),野生種為 父本(P/sub 2/),行正反雜交得F/sub1/種子.在溫室內 種植F/sub 1/種子以產生F/sub 2/種子.並以父母本為 回交親與F1進行回交,得BCp/sub 1/,BCp/sub 2/.將親本 與各雜交後之F/sub 1/,F/sub 2/與BC/sub 1/,BC/sub 2/同時 種植,各調查其農藝性狀,並估算其遺傳率,與各性 狀間之相關性,探討Soja亞屬雜交後代之遺傳行為. 並利用電泳分析技術測定各種同功,探討Soja亞屬 三種間之類緣關係.利用野生近緣種為育種材料,以擴大栽培大豆的遺傳變異性,育成更具遺傳潛 力的品種,並利用育種過程中探討栽培種與野生 種雜交後代之集團遺傳行為,以供育種之參考.zh_TW
