dc.description.abstractSO/sub 2/為大氣中之主要汙染源之一,作物葉片 吸收SO/sub 2/後可透過需光性之氧化與還原作用將 SO/sub 2/轉化成各類含硫化合物以支持作物生長. 但吸收過量之SO/sub 2/則會對作物(尤其是葉片)產 生傷害,使葉片光合作用受到抑制.作物葉片對SO/ sub 2/之耐性與其氣孔對SO/sub 2/所呈現之反應有關 ,氣孔若能因應SO/sub 2/而及時關閉,以減少SO/sub 2/ 之吸收,則有利於SO/sub 2/傷害之減輕.本試驗之主 要目的在探討水稻,玉米,高粱,大豆,落花生等作 物葉片對不同濃度SO/sub 2/長短期薰蒸處理所呈現 之耐性,葉片CO/sub 2/交換率以及各類與其有關之 生理性狀反應均將詳細調查,以供進一步進行各 種作物SO/sub 2/去毒機製差異性探討之用.zh_TW
