dc.description.abstract本發明關於一種環氧樹酯/有機改質黏土複合材料,主要係將經由曼尼斯胺插層改質之黏土與環氧樹酯混合並硬化而得。經改質之黏土可催化環氧樹酯之開環反應,於聚合反應後可改善環氧樹酯特性,例如溶劑阻抗性,並可當做硬化過程之起始劑;改質黏土之方法則可將聚醚胺、對甲酚及甲醛進行聚合反應而得曼尼斯胺高分子插層劑,然後將曼尼斯胺高分子插層劑與經水膨潤之矽氧層狀無機黏土混合,使其進行陽離子交換反應,以製得曼尼斯胺改質黏土。zh_TW
